Detroit, MI (August 19, 2026) – A pedestrian sustained critical, life-threatening injuries on Monday, August 17, in a severe collision at the intersection of Petoskey Avenue and West Davison Street.
Emergency medical crews rendered immediate trauma care at the scene before transporting the victim to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The Detroit Police Department’s Evidence Technicians, 10th Precinct Personal Crimes Unit, and Fatal Squad were dispatched to the crash site to inspect the scene, document evidence, and process the vehicle involved.
